I have a voice.

 First, I’ll start off by quoting one of my favorite verses.

1 Corinthians 13:7 AMP

“Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].

          It might just be me, but I see a severe lack of genuine love in today’s society. I see a lot of “fake love”. You know, the “boyfriend/girlfriend” love that comes at 13. ß we all know this love doesn’t exist. We call that a crush. But that’s a side note. I want to talk about the kind of love that causes you to stop and listen to a friend’s problem and really, truly care about it. The kind of love that makes you want to pay for the person in line behind you at Starbucks. The kind of love that literally makes you glow. This is the kind of love that can only come from God.

          “Love bears up under anything and everything that comes…” That means that through thick and thin you’ll be there. When your friend is at absolute rock bottom, you will be there to pray for them and to comfort them. Something I miss is having a friend that I wouldn’t feel weird about calling in the middle of the night just because I needed to talk or get something off my mind. I’ve decided I’m going to be that kind of friend to everyone I know! I want to be known as the girl who is so approachable, anyone feels comfortable talking to her! I want my love to be as genuine as God’s. I know that kind of love isn’t really attainable, but I truly want to strive for it in everything I do! This nation, and the rest of the world, needs the church to rise up and show them the real, true, unconditional, never-changing, accepting, genuine love of God. Will you join me in changing the world?

Isn’t sad how in todays world, a person can’t really be themselves? Isn’t it sad that people always have to worry about being judged for just being unique? I’m so tired of seeing hurting people who are just begging to be who God created them to be. You think it doesn’t hurt when you laugh at someone for being querky? What you don’t know is that person might go home and cry themselves to sleep. That person might be in so much pain, they inflict it upon their bodies. I’m not trying to start a fight. I just want people to be aware of how much their words can hurt. Words stay with you for the rest of your life. Someone might forgive you for something, but they will probably remember it for the rest of their life. From today on I’m going to start being very careful about what I say to people. Even sarcasm. It might sound sarcastic to you and it may feel like you’re kidding..to you. But to them it might really hurt. I want to show the love of Christ in everything I do. Y’all wanna join me?

I just want to be me. Nothing less and certainly nothing more. God created me to be me. Not someone else. Be original. Be qwerky. Be YOU.

Its time for the body of Christ to rise up and change the world. Lets show them the light of Jesus! Come on, y’all! Times awaistin!

Havent been on here in awhile. Ive been really busy but I dont know how…i have school, church, baking, music, and more school. Thats it! Crazy how fast we can get caught up in business and forget our true purpose on earth! Glorify our Father!
